With a real estate career spanning over four decades, Frank Baloun has been a full-time Realtor since 1984, guiding thousands of families through the home buying and selling process with expertise and care. Today, he remains actively involved in the day-to-day business, working directly with clients as Founder and Co-Team Leader of The American Dream Team at eXp Realty in Florida, alongside his wife and business partner, Lynn.

Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Frank brings a wealth of experience and leadership to the Florida real estate market. In Chicago, he and Lynn successfully owned and operated three RE/MAX offices, building a strong reputation for professionalism, integrity, and results. In addition to real estate, Frank also owned and managed Chicago Custom Homes, a construction company responsible for renovating hundreds of properties under his direction.

After relocating to Florida, Frank continued to expand his impact in the industry. He served as the Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Showcase in Windermere, and later as the Managing Broker for Berkshire Hathaway in Winter Park further cementing his reputation as a trusted leader and mentor in the local real estate community.

Frank’s comprehensive background in both real estate sales and construction gives his clients a distinct advantage. He works closely with a network of reputable custom home builders across a variety of architectural styles, ensuring that even the most discerning buyers can find or create their dream home at the best possible value.
